Beginning April 16, 2025 bankruptcy courtroom hearings and trials (including VTC hearings between Des Moines and Davenport and between Des Moines and Council Bluffs) will be conducted in (from) Courtroom 430 on the fourth floor of the new courthouse.

The public intake counter for the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office for the Southern District of Iowa is now open to the public. Court Security Officers will escort filers to the Clerk's Office on the 3rd floor where Bankruptcy Court staff will be available to assist.
