Pursuant to Rule 8009(d), parties are allowed to file an agreed statement as the record on appeal.
1. Select Adversary or Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Appeal.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case number.
5. Select Docket Event: Agreed Statement in Lieu of ROA.
6. Select the check box if joint filing with another attorney/attorneys.
7. Select party filer. If the party is not listed, see Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, very and attach the document (PDF file).
9. Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates.
10. Verify the final docket text before submitted onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
