1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
2. Select Appeal.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Appellant Designation (District Court Appeal).
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Select appropriate document (docket text) – Notice of Appeal.
10. Transcript Due Date appears.
11. Was the Appellant Designation filed before the 14 day due date deadline?
Note: Select yes or no or warning message appears: You cannot proceed without making a selection.
Yes - Transmit to District Court Due Date appears.
No - No deadlines.
12. Create Schedule Records.
Select: Notice of Appeal.
Do not select: Create schedule records for current docket entry.
13. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
14. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
