Stipulation Dismissing Appeal

Use this event when all parties agree to a voluntary dismissal of the appeal before entry on the Appellate court docket.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.

2.      Select Appeal.

3.      Enter case number.

4.      Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Stipulation Dismissing Appeal.

6.      Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.      Select party filer.

• Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.

8.      Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.      Select appropriate category to search for related document - Appeal.

10.  Enter parties who Stipulation is with.

11.  Select appropriate document (docket text) – Notice of Appeal.

12.  Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

13.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
