2. Select File Claims.
3. Warning message appears - WARNING: If the proof of claim or an attachment contains privileged or personal information that would be redacted if filed by a trustee or debtor, redact that information before filing the claim.
4. Enter case number.
5. Warning messages –
Closed: MM/DD/YYYY. You may continue to file a claim in a closed case.

Transfer: Note: This case has been transferred to another district! See docket for new location.
You cannot continue to file the proof of claim in a transferred case.
File the claim in the case where the case now resides.
6. Ensure case name and number match the document you are filing.
7. Search for the appropriate creditor from the drop down list.

8. Complete Proof of Claim Information For Screen.
