Notice of Payment Changes

Use this event if you are logged into CM/ECF as a Creditor filer.

Use this docket event to provide mortgage payment changes resulting from adjustable rate mortgages or escrow changes on the loan.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.      Select Creditor Events.

3.      Enter case number.

4.      Ensure case number and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Notice of Payment Changes.

6.      Bypass attorney screen.

7.      Select Party filer.

• Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.

8.      Browse and select document (PDF file) or scan document.

• Attach supportive document, if applicable.

9.      Verify final docket text before submitted onto case docket.

10.  Review Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
