Use this event to docket the Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses, and Charges. This event requires that a claim has previously been filed with the court.
Note: This event is suppressed from the docket. It appears on the claims register.
1. Select Bankruptcy from the menu bar.
2. Select Creditor Events.
3. Enter the case number.
4. Select docket event: Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses, and Charges (Official Form 410S2)
5. Select attorney, if any.
6. Select party filer:
If the party is not listed, use Add/Create New Party.
7. Browse and select document (PDF file) or scan document.
Attach supportive document, if applicable.
8. Select the claim.
9. Answer the question: Is a Certificate of Service Included or Attached to the Document Currently Being Filed? Yes or No.
10. Reminder: The holder of the claim shall file and serve on the debtor, debtor’s counsel, and the trustee a notice of any change in the payment amount.
Note: If you answer No, remember to file the Certificate of Service (Use Only for Rule 3002.1 Events).
11. Modify docket text, if needed.
12. Verify the final docket text before submitting on the case docket.
13. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
