Change Party Role (Third Party Complaint)

Note:  Use to change Party Role of 3^rd Party Plaintiff.

From the Select the Party Screen:

1.      Click on the Add/Create New Party hyperlink

2.      The Search for a party screen appears.

• Enter last, first and middle name or business name to search for a party name in the CM/ECF database.

3.      Party name appears: 

• Select name and verify party name information in pop-up window.

• Select name from the list button.

• Select appropriate Role for the party, 3^rd Party Plaintiff.

• Click Submit.

• Select the party from the pick list.
