Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

1.      The CM/ECF user who wants to receive Bankruptcy notices via EDI must sign up with the Bankruptcy Noticing Center completing a Noticing Partner Agreement.

2.      The EDI Noticing Partner receives only notices designated for EDI by each Bankruptcy District; other notices, orders, documents, etc. not eligible for EDI are sent in another format, such as, email or fax.

3.      Forms available for EDI in the Southern District of Iowa are:

• Meeting of Creditors

• Amended Meeting of Creditors

• Discharge Order

• Dismissal Notice

4.      The court must also activate the CM/ECF user’s account for receipt of EDI noticing.
