Use this docket event for Amended Application for Compensation.
Note: Chapter 7 Trustees use Application for Compensation – Chapter 7 Trustee in the Trustee/US Trustee category.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Motions/Applications.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Compensation.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer from pick list.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive document, if applicable.
9. Select "Interim or Final" from drop down list.
10. Answer the question: Is this an amended Application for Coompensation, Yes or No? If you answer Yes, the word Amended is added to the docket text.
11. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
12. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
The court prepares the Notice of Bar Date and serves the Notice of Bar Date via the Bankruptcy Noticing Center.
The judge reviews the Amended Application and may direct the court to prepare a Notice of Bar Date and serve the Notice of Bar Date via the Bankruptcy Noticing Center.
