1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Motions/Applications.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Ex Parte Application for Expedited Hearing.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Select appropriate category to search for related motion – motion.
10. Select appropriate document (docket text).
11. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
12. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
