Note: Attorney requesting appearance must file the Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice. Complete the CM/ECF Registration Form for Attorneys on our website if you need a CM/ECF login/password with the US Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Iowa once the order granting the motion to appear pro hac vice has been received.
1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
2. Select Motions/Applications.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Appear Pro Hac Vice.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
