Motion to Enlarge Time to File Reaffirmation Agreement

Note:  Use this docket event when motion is filed by a single filer creditor, attorney or debtor.  Use Joint Motion to Enlarge Time to File Reaffirmation Agreement when both parties stipulate to the motion and the document reflects the signature of all parties.

1.  Select Bankruptcy Menu.

2.  Select Motion.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Enlarge Time to File Reaffirmation Agreement.

6.  Select party filer:

• Party not listed, Add/Create New Party..

7.  Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

8.  Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

9.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
