Use this docket event for Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 cases.
Note: Include the proposed modification(s) in the Motion to Modify Plan after Confirmation document.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Motions/Applications.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Modify Plan after Confirmation.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Select appropriate document (docket text) – Chapter 12 or Chapter 13 Plan.
10. FOR CHAPTER 13 PLAN ONLY:
Select any of the following requests that were NOT included with the previous Chapter 13 Plan and are now being added to the modified plan. Then, click the Next button.
Request for valuation of security payment of fully secured claims, and modification of undersecured claims [Part 3.2].
Request for lien avoidance [Part 3.4].
Request to surrender collateral [Part 3.5].
Request for assumption of executory contracts and/or unexpired leases [Part 6].
11. Complete Open Text box with Filing Date of Plan that this Plan modified.
12. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
13. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
