Use this event to file a motion to request permission from the court to obtain unsecured consumer credit in a Chapter 13 case.

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Motions/Applications.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Obtain Chapter 13 Unsecured Consumer Credit.

6.  Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.  Select party filer.

• Party not listed, Add/Create New Party.

8.  Browse,, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.  Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
