Notice of Override of Preferred Address 11 USC Sec 342(e)

Use this docket event to override preferred creditor address in a specific case.

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Notices.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Notice of Override of Preferred Address 11 USC Sec 342(e).

6.  Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.  Select party filer.

• Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.

8.  Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.  Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.

The court edits the creditor database to override the preferred creditor address for noticing.
