Attorneys use this docket event to file an appearance representing a party in the case and receive service of documents filed in the case.
1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
2. Select Notices.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the documents you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Notice of Appearance & Request for Notice.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Check box for association of attorney and party if they do not exist.
9. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
Note: It is not necessary to file this document if you are docketing/filing a pleading.
