This event is used to file an objection to the foreign representative’s request for provisional relief in a Chapter 15.
Select Bankruptcy menu.
Select Other/Misc.
Enter case number.
Ensure correct case number.
Select Docket Event: Objection to Provisional Relief under Section 1519
Select attorney.
Select party filer.
Browse and select document (PDF file) or scan document.
Attach supportive document, if applicable.
Select appropriate document (docket text) – Motion for Provisional Relief under Section 1519.
Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
