Use this event to docket amended schedules A/B, C, G, H, I, and J.
To amend Schedules D or E/F to add or delete creditors or change amount of debt or change classification of debt use the Docket Event: Amended Schedules Requiring Filing Fee.

Amendment
Certificate of Service showing service to chapter trustee and US Trustee and other parties affected by the amendment. Chapter trustee and US Trustee are served electronically via the CM/ECF Notice of Electronic Filing. Click here for a sample Certificate of Service.
Declaration of Schedules
Note: Do not use for Amended Chapter 7 Statement of Monthly Income (122A-1)/Exemption from Presumption of Abuse (122A-1 Supp) and Chapter 7 Means Test Calculation (122A-2), Amended Chapter 13 Calculation of Your Disposable Income (122C-2) or Amended Summary of Schedules.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Other/Misc.
3. Enter Case Number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Amended Schedules (A/B,C,G,H,I,J).
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
Message notified you that: New Schedule Forms are Required After December 1, 2015.
9. Select schedules you are amending. (You may select more than one.)

Schedule G Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases
Schedule H Codebtors
Schedule I Your Income
Schedule J Your Expenses
10. If you did not select one of the schedules a warning message will appear - "You must make a selection on the preceding page-click on browser back button to correct."
If Action Canceled or Page Expired appears when you click Back button Start Over!!
11. Enter dollar amounts in boxes.
When updating dollar amount(s) enter grand total amount, not just dollar amount of change.
This information is required for Schedules A/B, C, I and J.
12. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
13. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
