Certification of Cure of Entire Residential Judgment

Use this docket event when the debtor satisfies the residential judgment money default.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.      Select Other/Misc.

3.      Enter Case Number.

4.      Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Cure of Residential Judgment.

6.      Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.      Select party filer.

• Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.

8.      Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.      Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

10.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
