Certification of Reaffirmation Agreement by Debtor’s Attorney

3. Enter Case Number.

4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5. Select Docket Event: Certification of Reaffirmation Agreement by Debtor’s Attorney.

6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7. Select party filer.

Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].

8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9. Select appropriate document (docket text) – Reaffirmation Agreement.
