Offer and Acceptance of Judgment (Adversary only)

Plaintiff’s attorney uses this docket event to docket an Officer and Acceptance of Judgment.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Adversary menu.

2.      Select Other/Misc.

3.      Enter Adversary Case Number.

4.      Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Offer and Acceptance of Judgment.

6.      Select party filer.

• Pick [Plaintiff name].

7.      Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

8.      Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

9.      Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
