Use this docket event for Chapter 11 cases to file the small business tax documents.
Documents attached to this docket event do not have restricted access.
If you attempt to use this docket event in a Ch 7, 12 or 13 chapter case you will receive a warning message and you cannot continue to docket this event.
Note: This event is for Chapter 11 small business cases only.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Other/Misc.
3. Enter Case Number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Small Business Tax Documents 11 USC Sec 1116(1) (Ch 11 cases only).
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].
8. Warning message:
Before attaching the document(s), please review to ensure that personal identifiers including Social Security Number have been redacted. This document(s) will be available for the public to view via webPACER.
9. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
