Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Other/Misc.

3.  Enter Case Number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Statement of Intentions.

6.  Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.  Select party filer.

• Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].

8.  Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.  Select "Amended" from the drop down list if Amended Statement of Intentions.

10.  Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

11.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
