1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Other/Misc.
3. Enter Case Number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Summary of Ballots.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Select Amended from the drop down box if this is an amended Summary of Ballots.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
