1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Plan.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Amended Disclosure Statement.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Select appropriate document (docket text) – Disclosure Statement and/or Amended Disclosure Statement.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
