Chapter 11 – Small Business Disclosure Statement and Plan

The debtor in possession has the exclusive right to file a Disclosure Statement and Plan of Reorganization within 120 days from the date the petition is filed.

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Plan.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure case number and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Chapter 11 Small Business – Disclosure Statement and Plan.

6.  Select the attorney(s).

7.  Select Party filer.

• Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].

• Warning message:  ONLY USE THIS EVENT FOR SMALL BUSINESS CASES

8.  Browse and select document (PDF file) or scan document.

• Attach supportive document, if applicable.

9.  Verify final docket text before submitted onto case docket.

10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
