Modification of Chapter 11 Plan Before Confirmation (Amendment)

Use this docket event to docket a Modified Ch 11 Plan Before Confirmation when you are submitting only an amendment to a plan before confirmation.

A Motion to Modify Plan is not required before confirmation.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.      Select Plan.

3.      Enter case number.

4.      Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Modification of Chapter 11 Plan Before Confirmation (Amendment).

6.      Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.      Select party filer.

• Pick [Debtor and/or Joint Debtor name].

8.      Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.      Select appropriate document (docket text) – Chapter 11 Plan.

10.  Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

11.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.

The Judge reviews this plan and determines further action.
