Amended UST Statement (10-day)

Effective Date:  January 13, 2017

The UST uses this event to amend a statement previously filed indicating that a case was presumed to be an abuse under Section 707(b) (2) and further review has provided that the case is NOT presumed to be an abuse of Section 707(b) (2).

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Trustee/US Trustee.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Amended UST Statement (10 day).

6.  Bypass attorney screen.

7.  Select party filer:

• Pick [US Trustee].

8.  Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

9.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
