United States Trustee docket event; logged into CM/ECF with UST login.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Notice Appointing Creditor Committee.
6. Bypass Select any additional attorney(s).
7. Select party filer from pick list.
Pick [US Trustee].
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Search for a Party screen
Enter social security number, tax identification number, last, first and middle name to search for Creditor Committee Chairman in the CM/ECF database.
Party Search results:
Creditor Committee Chairman appears: select the name from the list.
Creditor Committee Chairman does not appear: select Create New Party.
Party Role is Creditor Committee Chair.
Verify once more for correct party information and Submit.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
12. Clerk's office will review the creditor(s) record for each committee member and edit their record t reflect Creditor Committee - Yes.
Note: Notice sent by the court to Bankruptcy Noticing Center for servicing.
