Refer to Objection to Claim - Creditor/Debtor Attorney and Trustee if you do not wish to file an Omnibus Objections.
Make sure you know the claim number of the claim you are objecting to before beginning to docket the Trustee Omnibus Objection to Claim event. Bankruptcy Rule 3007 limits omnibus objections to no more than 100 claims.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Omnibus Objection to Claim.
6. Select party filer from pick list.
Pick [Trustee name].
7. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file). (Required)
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
8. Verify objections due date matches due date in document.
9. Select the claim(s) you are objecting to from the list of claims. Once you select the claim(s), the claim number(s) appears in the Claims Selected box.
Select multiple claims by clicking each claim individually.
Option: Sort the creditor alphabetically by claimant name or numerically by claim number by clicking the column header.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
Note: The system will allow you to select up to 100 claims.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
Note: The trustee must serve all parties listed on the objection to claim; that is, any party for whom an objection is being filed and the filing is to include a certificate of service.
