Use this docket event for Chapter 13 cases:
When the debtor notifies the trustee to stop because of changed circumstances.
At the end of the case when all payments are complete.
Note: Certificate of Service required.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Order Rescinding Wage Order.
6. Select party filer from pick list.
Pick [Trustee name].
7. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
8. Select appropriate document (docket text) – Order to Pay Wages.
9. Enter in Open text box:
Employers Name
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
