Report of Supplemental Distribution

Trustees file a Report of Supplemental Distribution in lieu of an Amended Final Report when the trustee receives returned funds or discovers new funds and is not seeking additional compensation or expenses. 

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Trustee/US Trustee.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case number and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Report of Supplemental Distribution.

6.  Bypass attorney screen.

7.  Select party filer:

• Pick [US Trustee].

8.  Browse and select document (PDF file) or scan document.

• Attach supportive document, if applicable.

9.  Select appropriate event to which this event relates.

10. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
