Trustee's Final Report (101-7-TFR)

Effective Date:  November 28, 2012    Supersedes:  June 5, 2012

The trustee sends the report electronically to the United States trustee for review.  The United States Trustee electronically signs the report and returns it to the trustee. The trustee dockets this event before docketing the Notice of Trustee's Final Report and Application for Compensation.  This event does not require a certificate of service.

1.  Select Bankruptcy Menu.

2.  Select Trustee/US Trustee.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Trustee's Final Report.

6.  Select party filer from pick list.

7.  Browse, verify and attach the document (101-7-TFR).

8.  Is this an amended Trustee Final Report?  You must answer Yes or No to proceed.

If you select...

Then...

Yes

Select the report being amended.

No

"Amended" will not be added to the final docket text.

Go to step 10.

9. A system prompt is provided asking if this is an interim report.

10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
