Use these instructions to docket payments of unclaimed funds into the bankruptcy court that will be paid via ACH.
Note: The Report of Trustee under BR 3011 (Unclaimed Funds) must be filed prior to filing this event.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Trustee/US Trustee.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case number and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select docket event: Unclaimed Funds Paid.
6. Select the trustee from the party filer list.
7. Select the report to which you wish the payment to be linked.

8. Enter the amount of the unclaimed funds to be paid into the Fee field.
9. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing as it is your receipt.
11. Click Pay Now on the Summary of current charges screen that appears with your Notice of Electronic Filing. The Internet Payments Due screen appears.
12. Click the checkbox for each of the unclaimed funds you wish to pay now. Then, click Next.
Note: Pay ONLY unclaimed funds using this event.
13. Review the summary screen that appears. Each of the items you selected for payment appears on this summary.
14. Click the Pay Now button.
15. Verify the Online Payment screen for your pre-filled name and address, which was retrieved from your ECF login.
Select the Account Type.
Enter account Routing Number.
Enter the Account Number.
Enter the account number in the Confirm Account Number field.
Enter the Check Number, if desired.
16. Click the Continue with ACH Payment button.
17. Enter your email address and confirm your email address if you wish to have a confirmation sent to you upon completion of this transaction.
18. Click “I agree to the authorization and disclosure language” box in the Payment Summary and Authorization screen.
19. Click Submit Payment.
Important Note: Pressing this button more than once could result in multiple transactions.
