1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Creditor Events.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Reaffirmation Agreement.
6. Select any additional attorney(s).
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Refer to existing event(s)?.
Click box if amended Reaffirmation Agreement.
Select appropriate category to search for the related document – Motion or Other/Misc.
Select appropriate document (docket text) – Motion for Approval of Reaffirmation Agreement or Reaffirmation Agreement.
10. Enter Creditor Name.
Note: You must enter this information.
11. If you did not enter the name of the creditor a warning message will appear - "You must enter the name of the Creditor on the preceding screen-click browser back button to correct".

12. Did the attorney for debtor sign Part IV or Part C - Certification by Debtor's Attorney? y/n Select y or n.

13. If you did not select y or n a warning message will appear - "You must make a selection on the preceding page-click on browser back button to correct".
If Action Canceled or Page Expired appears when you click Back button Start Over!!
14. Select "Amended" from drop down list if Amended Reaffirmation Agreement.
15. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
16. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
If debtor is pro se or if attorney does not sign Part IV of Form 2400A or Part C of Form 2400A/B ALT of the Reaffirmation Agreement, the court sets a hearing.
