Edit Creditor Address When Amending Claim

 

Edit Creditor Address:

After docketing a Notice of Corrected Creditors Address, you need to edit the creditors address.

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Creditor Maintenance.

3.  Select Edit Creditors.

4.  Enter case number and name of Creditor. Do not enter creditor name if you want to view a drop down list of all creditors on the case.

5.  Enter name of creditor – optional.

6.  Click “Edit Creditor”

7.  Pick creditor from drop down list if you did not enter creditor’s name.

8.  If a claim has been filed on behalf of this creditor, Click on Review Claim to view the Claim Register.

9.  Edit Creditor Address.

10. Click Submit.

 

Delete Creditor:

After docketing an Amended Schedules Requiring Filing Fee, if you need to delete the creditor.

Note:  You cannot delete a creditor with a claim.

1.      Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.      Select Creditor Maintenance.

3.      Select Edit Creditor.

4.      Enter case number and name of Creditor. Do not enter creditor name if you want to view a drop down list of all creditors on the case.

5.      Enter name of creditor – optional.

6.      Click “Delete Creditor.”

7.      Pick creditor from drop down list if you did not enter creditor’s name.

8.      Click Submit.
