Use this docket event when seeking less than substantive consolidation of two or more estates.
Docket the Motion for Joint Administration in all cases to be consolidated.
For substantive consolidation of estates use Motion for Substantive Consolidation.
1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Motions/Applications.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Joint Administration.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
