Use this docket event to advise of a change of creditor’s address. You may receive a Notice of Electronic Filing with the docket event, Return Mail – Undeliverable or a paper notice of Mail Returned to the Court. Use Creditor Maintenance, Edit Creditor to correct creditor’s address.

1. Select Bankruptcy menu.
2. Select Notices.
3. Enter case number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Notice of Corrected Creditor Address.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney.
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
11. Edit creditor’s address. Creditor Maintenance, Edit Creditor.
