Use this docket event when the Minute Order directs action and there is non-compliance with the Order.
1. Select Bankruptcy or Adversary menu.
2. Select Other/Misc.
3. Enter Case Number.
4. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
5. Select Docket Event: Affidavit of Non-Compliance.
6. Check box if joint filing with another attorney. (bankruptcy menu only)
7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Select the appropriate category to search for related document.
10. Select appropriate document (docket text).
11. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
12. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.
