Reaffirmation Agreement

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Other/Misc.

3.  Enter Case Number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Reaffirmation Agreement.

6.  Select any additional attorney(s).

7.  Select party filer.

8.  Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

9.  Refer to existing event(s)?.

10.  Enter Creditor name.

11.  If you did not enter the name of the creditor a warning message will appear - "You must enter the name of the Creditor on the preceding screen-click browser back button to correct".

12.  Did the attorney for debtor sign Part IV or Part C - Certification by Debtor's Attorney? y/n  Select y or n.

Note:  You must enter information in this field.

13.  If you did not select y or n a warning message will appear - "You must make a selection on the preceding page-click on browser back button to correct."

14.  Select "Amended" from drop down list if Amended Reaffirmation Agreement.

15.  Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

16.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing. It is your receipt.

If attorney does not sign Part IV of Form 2400A or Part C of Form 2400A/B ALT of the Reaffirmation Agreement, the court sets a hearing.
