Notice to File Order Confirming Plan (Ch 12/13)

Note:  This is a docket text only docket event.

Use this docket event for Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 cases.  The trustee dockets this event if there are no objections to the plan, objections were filed and withdrawn prior to a hearing or objections were overruled after a hearing.

To request confirmation of a Modified Chapter 13 Plan use Docket Event:  Notice to File Order Granting Motion to Modify Plan After Confirmation.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.      Select Trustee/US Trustee.

3.      Enter case number.

4.      Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Notice to File Order Confirming Plan.

6.      Select party filer from pick list.

7.  Select appropriate category to search for related document – plan.

8.  Select appropriate document (docket text) – Plan or Modified Plan Before Confirmation.

9.  Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

10. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
