Motion to Convert 11 to 7 (DIP)

Note:  Use the docket event only for a Chapter 11 Debtor in Possession.

If the case was filed on 10/17/2005 or after and converts, a Chapter 7 Statement of Monthly Income (122A-1)/Exemption from Presumption of Abuse (122A-1Supp) and/or Chapter 7 Means Test Calculation (122A-2) is required.

Keystrokes

1.  Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.  Select Motions/Applications.

3.  Enter case number.

4.  Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.  Select Docket Event:  Convert 11 to 7 (DIP).

6.  Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.  Select party filer.

8.  Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

9.  Enter payment information

10. Filing fee amount appears.

11. Verify the final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

12. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
