Withdrawal of Document other than Proof of Claim

Note:  Use Withdrawal of Objection to Plan to withdraw an objection to Plan or Notice of Withdrawal of Proof of Claim to withdraw a claim.  Use this event, Withdrawal of Document other than Proof of Claim, to withdraw a Notice to File Claims.

Keystrokes

1.      Select Bankruptcy menu.

2.      Select Other/Misc.

3.      Enter Case Number.

4.      Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.

5.      Select Docket Event:  Withdrawal of Document other than Proof of Claim.

6.      Check box if joint filing with another attorney.

7.      Select party filer.

• Pick party from drop down list.

8.      Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable.

9.      Select appropriate category to search for related document – motion.

10.  Select appropriate document (docket text).

11.  Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.

12.  Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
